Ingredients
Rice Krispies
The crispy golden base — gives these rolls that irresistible crunch with every bite.
Mini Marshmallows
Melted down into the Rice Krispies base to bind and sweeten everything together.
Butter
Melted with the marshmallows for a rich, smooth base that holds the roll together.
Chocolate Chips
Melted with coconut oil for a glossy drizzle over the top and inside the filling.
Graham Cracker Crumbs
Sprinkled inside the roll and on top for that essential s’mores crunch and flavour.
Extra Marshmallows & Oil
Mini marshmallows go inside the filling; coconut oil thins the chocolate for a perfect drizzle.

Melt the Base
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat, add marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.

Fold in the Rice Krispies
Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies until every piece is evenly coated and the mixture is thick and pliable.

Press Flat
Press the mixture onto a parchment-lined surface into a flat, even rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

Add the Filling
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and extra mini marshmallows evenly over the surface, then drizzle melted chocolate over everything.

Roll it Up
Roll up tightly using the parchment paper to guide it into a tight log shape. Press the seam firmly to seal.

Chill Until Firm
Refrigerate until firm enough to slice cleanly.

Tips for Perfect Rolls
